Lemon Raspberry Cake

Inspired by a classic summer dessert. This cake consists of lemon cake layers infused with fresh raspberries, filled with a homemade raspberry compote! Its then topped with a vanilla bean buttercream, a raspberry drip and topped with fresh raspberries.
